Senior educational leader with more than 25 years' experience across leading UK and international schools, spanning executive leadership, boarding, safeguarding, school improvement and professional learning. Extensive experience of building high-performing teams, strengthening organisational culture and enhancing student experience within both independent and international school settings.

Currently Head of Boarding at Truro School and formerly Director of Boarding at Swiss International Scientific School Dubai, I have successfully led complex and diverse school communities through periods of significant growth, change and development. My work has focused on creating environments where wellbeing, belonging, safeguarding and high expectations enable young people and staff to thrive.

My career has included Executive Leadership Team responsibilities, Deputy Headship experience, school review and quality assurance work, professional learning network leadership, coaching and mentoring. I have contributed to significant organisational growth, including the expansion of boarding from 30 to 200 students within three years and school communities from 700 to 2,000 students.
